The Vice-rector for educational work Ya.N. Ospanova made welcoming remarks. In her speech Yaroslava Nikolaevna shared the experience of the Eurasian Humanities Institute in the prevention of offenses in the student environment, the prevention of religious extremism and terrorism, including participation of leaders of student self-government.
The speakers talked about preventive work to prevent the spread of destructive cults and pseudo-religious organizations, about the main aspects of the state’s information policy on extremism and terrorism.
At the end of the event, students asked questions of interest to them on this issue.
