The service of the central communication under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan of the Ministry of information and communication holds the annual competition for the press-services of the state bodies and social organizations. This year the winner in the nomination “The Best social non-government organization” has become the press-service of the Fund of the First President, the leader of which is the graduate of the Eurasian Humanities Institute Berlibay Akerke (specialty: “Foreign language: two foreign languages”.
