In his Message N.A. Nazarbayev sets the goals what we should do for the successful navigation and adaptation in a new world – in the world of the Fourth industrial revolution. Among the priorities there were pointed out: industrialization, development of the resource potential, “clever technologies”, increasing the effectiveness of the transport-logistic infrastructure, introduction of modern technologies in building and the communication sector, “reloading” of the financial sector, the human capital. The participants of the curator’s hour marked the key issues of the Message – health care, social provision, education and phased transition to the trilingual education and Roman alphabet. The Message is a kind of a bridge for fulfilling the strategic plan “Strategy 2030” and the National plan “100 concrete steps”, out of which 60 have been implemented. The rest of them are of long-term character and are being implemented according to the plan.
The students and the curators came to the general conclusion that the Message of the President would become a new impulse for the purposeful implementation of the goals set for the Kazakhstani people.
