Преподаватели ЕАГИ обсудили вопросы развития многоязычия в Казахстане

On 20-21June 2016 at the philological faculty of the L.N. Gumilyov ENU there was conducted the international scientific-practical conference: “Development of multi-languages in Kazakhstan and the processes of forming a poly-lingual personality” devoted to the 25-th anniversary of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the 20-th anniversary of the L.N. Gumilyov ENU. The EAGI teachers of the Department of foreign languages took an active part in the work of the conference.
The work of the international conference included the following directions: “Ethno-cultural and socio-cultural aspects of poly-lingual researching’, “Theory and practice of the poly-cultural and poly-lingual education”, “Urgent problems of comparative researches”, “Contemporary tendencies of translation studies”. In the course of the work of the sections the urgent issues of three languages in Kazakhstan were actively discussed:” The language policy in the Republic of Kazakhstan”, “The Language situation in time and space in the world and in the country”, “The issues of poly-cultural and poly-lingual education, ethno-cultural and socio-cultural aspects of poly-lingual researching”.
On the completion of the work of the conference the participants were given certificates of the international pattern.
